Nearly a month after their own royal nuptials, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle stepped out for his cousin Celia McCorquodale’s wedding to George Woodhouse! The wedding was at a small church in Lincolnshire, England and Meghan chose a beautiful blue and white floral toile wrap dress from Oscar de la Renta’s Resort 2019 collection for the occasion. While I love the dress choice, it does seem to swallow her up! My thought is that maybe this wasn’t the right choice for someone who is self-proclaimed as short-waisted. The bodice part of the dress just looks far too long and big on her, falling over the waist line and making the dress less flattering on her. You can actually see how the dress was supposed to drape here. With that said, I think the dress is stunning! The right fit can make or break a look.
She paired the high-low dress look with white Aquazzura heels and a Carolina Herrera Scala Insignia Clutch, also in white. The clutch is no longer available in the color Meghan is wearing, but you can shop it in other colors here!
I found a bunch of really gorgeous blue and white floral dresses at a variety of price points for you to recreate this look for less below!
